1. Commission is made to order.2. Please be sure before ordering and confirming your order.3. There will be a down payment before starting the commission.4. No cancellation whatsoever, or else there will be cancellation fees (20% of service and additional fees).5. Timeline of commission:
confirming the order > purchasing the yarn (down payment) > arrival of yarn / starting the commission > receiving invoice > check out payment > shipping.6. It will be shipped out in 2-4 weeks after confirmation, it might take longer depending on the difficulty of the commission.7. Payment will be done through GoPay, Dana, or BCA.Pricing
